You can cancel or unsubscribe from the service in your My Account section, if you look in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION section, there is a CANCEL button. If you click this you will be able to cancel the pass yourself, this will give a cancel date and you will still have access to the service until this cancels off your account. You may not be able to do this via the app, so please log onto a browser to do this.



Please be advised that three working days' notice is required for cancellation. Cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period and this cannot be refunded
